The terms and conditions of use apply to all of the products and services of Crown Findings Co., Inc. (“Crown Findings”). Any use of this Website is subject to the notices, terms and conditions of use set forth in this Agreement, which may be changed from time to time without notice. Browsing or otherwise using the site indicates your agreement to all of the terms and conditions of use as currently written or as changed from time to time. Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before continuing.

The Crown Findings Website is dedicated to members of the jewelry trade only. In order to place orders through the Website, all customers require a valid state issued Resale Certificate Number.

Terms

After completing a Resale Certificate, all accounts are automatically considered COD (Cash on Delivery) unless a credit application is timely submitted and approved
New accounts with a rating of 1 or 2 from the Jewelers Board of Trade (JBT) may receive an initial order of up to $500.00 in value on an open account basis. Subsequent orders will require receipt and acceptance of a formal credit application.
Terms are Net 30 Days

Variations

In creating our Website, we have tried to provide our customers with images and information about our products for convenience. To enhance the detail of our jewelry products, we use both matte and shiny finishes. We hope the images displayed represent the color, design and detail of the actual items. However, there may be slight variations or distortions due to technical issues caused by browser or computer settings. Crown Findings will not be responsible and cannot be held liable for these variations or distortions.
When placing an online order, your account status will allow for two payment gateways to appear: either (1) credit card or (2) signature. Your account status will determine your payment method.
All credit card payments will be charged as “authorization only” transactions. The authorized amount may increase or decrease based on factors such as the gold market price fluctuations, item weight, available quantity and shipping charges, if applicable. The credit card will be charged the final amount due after the order is reviewed and final pricing determined. You will receive an email confirmation with the new totals and receipt of payment.
Net 30 Day Accounts agree that the credit card on file will be charged in full for the total amount due.
A signature is required for all Net 30 Day transactions, including counter sales and in-store pickup orders.

Pricing

Our products are priced based on the London afternoon fix value for precious metals. Prices are nonnegotiable and sales cannot be extended once they have ended. All prices are subject to change without notice. Items in your shopping cart will show the most recent price displayed for your item. This price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown when the item was first placed there.
Information, including prices, might be inaccurately displayed on the Website due to a system error or typographical errors. We make every effort to avoid such errors, but if they do occur, we reserve the right to correct them. Erroneous prices cannot be honored. You will be notified in the event of such an error relating to your order.

Use of the Website

All of the images, photographs, illustrations, texts, video, clips, music, software and all written and other materials on the Website (the “Crown Findings Content”) are, unless otherwise indicated, protected by laws, including copyright, design, patent and trademark laws and under all applicable international treaty provisions and applicable national laws worldwide.
Any commercial use of the Website is strictly prohibited.
